[IIGB_All] IIGB Admin Office - Reduced On-Site Presence (MWF)

Good Afternoon, IIGB Community,

In light of the recent COVID-19 surge, the IIGB Admin office will be reducing its on-campus presence to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This change will be effective starting next Monday, November 30, 2020. The IIGB Admin will strive to continue to serve the research needs of the IIGB community to the best of their abilities, regardless of their on-site presence.

Fobs and keys will still be processed and available for pick-up on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30am-12:00pm and 1:30-4:30pm.

Genomics Building Occupants:

  *   Receiving Procedures:
     *   Non-perishable packages will continue to be delivered to Receiving Room 1202A by the campus Receiving Services on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which will be placed in a designated area marked with pink tape. For these packages that are not logged in by our office, please continue to scan those packages and print your name when logging them out so we are able to retain a record of all deliveries.
     *   Should any perishable packages be delivered on Tuesdays or Thursdays, Receiving Services will notify IIGB Admin of the perishable items. Our office will then email the labs' receiving contacts to inform them of the perishable package(s) available for pick-up at the Loading Dock<https://cbs.ucr.edu/receivingloading-dock> (located in the UCR Corporation Yard, 3401 Watkins Dr).
  *   Work order requests will continue to be entered and monitored by the IIGB Admin office without any delays. Please continue to send all requests to IIGBAdmin at ucr.edu<mailto:IIGBAdmin at ucr.edu>.

The changes to the IIGB Admin office schedule are subject to change and will be reevaluated in January 2021.
