We are looking forward to the forthcoming AMS Annual Conference in Chicago!
We are delighted for the participation of the members of our group this
year and the opportunity to meet and talk with you during the *Lightning
Lounge: "Political uses of music in Latin America, the Caribbean, and the
Iberian Peninsula," *scheduled on

*Friday, November 15, from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm*, at *Spire Parlor.*


We also plan to promote the talks and presentations of our group members on
