 personal situations. Teachers became tasked with negotiating their objective duties while supporting students'' socio-emotionally. We saw a drastic decline in the educator morale and workforce numbers. This was a result of the neglect of staff mental wellness

 needs while increasing their responsibilities to care for students. Equipped and empowered teachers can use writing to help students turn trauma into semicolons instead of periods. Learn how student and teacher wellness are linked.</p>
