Hello!



I wanted to reach out and share an exciting opportunity: PRIDE PROM 2025!



Queer Alliance & the LGBT Resource Center invite you to be part of the 21st Pride Prom - QA Youth Outreach Event on Saturday, April 26, 2025. By giving your time, you are part of an amazing event for local LGBTQ+ youth. You also get a limited edition T-shirt, yay! Pride Prom will be held at the Alumni Center and will include refreshments, photo booth, a dance floor, and community building tables.



FREE Parking info will be emailed to you.



The university requires multiple professional staff on-site for this event. Without you, we cannot hold Pride Prom this year. We NEED you and LOVE you.



Below is the event schedule @ the Alumni Center for Saturday, April 26th. We are seeking Staff shifts from 6:30pm to 10:00pm.



Set-Up: 5:30pm to 6:30pm

Guest Check-In: 6:30pm

Panel on College Life for LGBTQ+ students: 7pm to 8pm

Dance/Community Building: 8pm to 10:00pm

Clean-up: 10:00pm to 10:30pm
