curriculum to better fuel your professional journey at UCR.

What’s changing? Expect fresh modules, interactive sessions, and a
streamlined path to leadership excellence. We have a suite of brand-new
offerings in development, designed to sharpen your skills and support your
growth in a changing workplace. We aren't ready to pull back the curtain
just yet, but the wait will be worth it.

2026 UCR Staff Conference - Recordings Available

Our 2026 UCR Staff Conference was a great success! We had 911 individuals
registered, including participants from other UC campuses. The conference
concluded with a celebration at the SBB Auditorium in the School of
Business. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event
happen!
