Employee and Organizational Development is accepting applications through
July 31, 2026 for the Building Core Supervisory Competencies (BCSC)
program.

BCSC is a nine-month cohort-based program designed for staff with two to
five years supervisory experience who want to develop or strengthen core
supervisory capabilities. Participants will leave with practical strategies
to motivate and guide their teams, resolve issues constructively, and
foster a more productive and engaged work environment.
