Apply to Join the Highlander Mentor Connection
Applications for the 2026 Highlander Mentor Connection (HMC) program are
accepted through December 12, 2025.
Co-sponsored by UCR's Human Resources, Staff Assembly, Leaders of
Excellence and Distinction (LEAD), and Academic Management Professionals,
HMC provides staff with professional development through peer-to-peer
mentorship.

HMC Information Sessions

The information sessions, led by HMC planning committee members, will
provide interested staff with an overview of the program including

Information sessions are open to all staff. Registration NOT required.
