[hdr-ucr] Minority Cancer Awareness Week Panel Discussion

Dr. Deborah Lefkowitz will present some of her cancer research as part of City of Hope’s Center for Community Alliance for Research & Education (CCARE) and the Community Health Association Inland Southern Region (CHAISR)  panel discussion “Honoring Minority Cancer Awareness Week: Addressing Cancer Burden and Disparities in the Inland Empire” on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm via Zoom.

This event brings together health leaders, scientists, health care clinicians, policymakers, and advocates to address cancer inequity in the Inland Empire. The Inland Empire leads California in cancer burden and disparate outcomes. This gathering aims to foster multi-stakeholder collaboration and overcome the cancer burden in the Inland Empire.
