[GSAUCR] Changes to the GSA Conference Travel Grant

Dear UCR Grads,

In order to speed up the reimbursement process for GSA Conference Travel Grants, we have decided to no longer reimburse students for food. You may still be reimbursed for travel expenses such as airfare, hotel, conference registration, etc. The reimbursement caps have not changed.

$400 for international travel
$350 for travel within the US
$300 for travel within the Southwest
$100 for attendees who do not present

These changes are effective October 1st, 2012.
