[GSAUCR] GSA Office Closure (Temporary)

Hey everyone,


As you know, the regents are coming and as you will see from reading this
email turning in conference applications/paperwork will be even more
difficult than jumping over all the construction hurdles.I am copying
Michele (our office staff) on this email and the limited access will be
taken into consideration for those of you facing application/receipt
deadlines this week.

*Starting Wednesday the second and third floor of the HUB and second floor
outside Costo offices will have limited access*****

**·         **2nd floor staff will only have access to their offices and
the restrooms on the 2nd or 1st floor****

**·         **To access your offices, in addition to the freight and main
elevators in the HUB, you will also have access to the north stairs outside
of Costo by PE****

**·         **Please note the 2nd floor outdoor area between Costo and the
HUB will be secured and unavailable for regular access.  The stairs from
the 1st floor outside CSP to that area will be shut down as well as the
access from the 2nd floor of Costo to the outside area between the HUB and
Costo.****

**·         **Please keep your UCR or valid state photo ID on you to access
both the 2nd and 3rd floor both Wednesday and Thursday, 1.18 – 1.19.12****

**·         **The south rotunda elevators will be shut down and will remain
off until Friday, 1.20.12****

**·         **If you have appointments please make them in a different
location outside of the HUB****

**·         **Mail services will drop off your mail to the 1st floor
Welcome Desk and our staff will take it to your office.  If you have any
office deliveries they should be handled the same way.
