[GSAUCR] Elections Site Down

Hello Grad Students,

As some of you may have noticed, the elections site is currently
experiencing technical difficulties.  We have contacted the appropriate
individuals to remedy the situation, and hopefully the site should be up
and functional within a few hours.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  We
will send another e-mail when the site is working.
