[Graduatestudents] Daily COVID Wellness Survey / Version 2.0 Release Coming Soon

[COVID19 Support]

Dear UCR Community,

As we work to further streamline the daily COVID "Wellness" survey, a new and improved version of the survey is being released for all employees, students, contractors, and vendors. This new survey has single sign on (SSO); includes case investigation questions and triggers emails specific to departments who have requested a centralized administrative email pool.

In order for the survey to auto fill identifying information (name and e-mail address), you will need to create a new Google OAuth account.  Either select "Create a New Account" or "Add Another Account" and enter your using your UCR email address (e.g., netid at ucr.edu<mailto:Katherih at ucr.edu>) which will redirect you to UCR SSO.

The previous survey link will be redirected to the new survey link effective today (8/22/20).
