students for doctoral studies through involvement in research and other scholarly activities. The UCR McNair program is funded to serve 25 undergraduate students who are first-generation and low-income, or a member of a group that is underrepresented in graduate
education. The McNair program seeks a Graduate Student Assistant to support the program with designated outreach, retention, and mentoring activities as well as provide programmatic support and assistance with data entry/recordkeeping. </span></p>
