APA 7th Edition Clinic

The SOE Writing Support and Scholar Network will be hosting two clinics on APA 7th Edition. The clinic is designed for SOE graduate students advancing course papers, original research, or milestone projects such as the dissertation or analytical report.

Career Pathways Week - GradSuccess

GradSuccess welcomes graduate students and postdocs from all disciplines to attend our Spring Career Pathways Week, centered on teaching careers.

>From May 6-9, we will host talks, panels, workshops, and clinics in collaboration with the Teaching Assistant Development Program<https://tadp.ucr.edu/> and the University Teaching Certificate Program<https://tadp.ucr.edu/university-teaching-certificate>, aimed at earning faculty positions at higher education institutions focused on teaching: community colleges, CSUs and other state college systems, and liberal arts institutions.

Gardner Fellowship - $3K for Higher Education Scholars

The Berkeley Center for Studies in Higher Education (CSHE) sponsors an annual $3,000 Gardner Fellowship for doctoral students who conduct research on higher education. It is open to all UC doctoral students.

Once selected, Fellows will be affiliated with CSHE for an academic year, during which they are expected to participate in Gardner Seminars remotely every other week. For each session, Fellows engage with prominent educational scholars and administrative leaders from the University of California system, the nation and the world. Gardner Fellows are also expected to present their own dissertation research and to provide constructive feedback to their colleagues. Upon completion of the seminar, they will receive a $3,000 stipend.

This fellowship also provides an in-person professional development workshop at Berkeley campus during the academic year.
