[Gradstudents] Reimbursement requests & 23-24 AY travel grant application

Dear SOE Graduate Students,

The purpose of this email is to provide an update on pending reimbursement requests and instructions for the 2023-24 academic year travel and professional development grant offered by the SOE.

Pending reimbursement requests

For students with a pending reimbursement request of any kind (travel or other), please complete the following:


  1.  Login to Workfront<https://ucriverside.my.workfront.com/>, go to "requests" at the top menu, then "submitted" from the left menu and confirm there is a request for your pending reimbursement
  2.  Click on your reimbursement request and confirm it has been assigned to Sammantha Mitchell (listed in the "updates" section)

If either of these items are missing/incorrect, please email Sammantha (sammantha.mitchell at ucr.edu<mailto:sammantha.mitchell at ucr.edu>) as soon as possible.

If both of these items are present/correct, the business operations team anticipates submitting your reimbursement request in Concur (financial system) by September 8th.

2023-24 academic year travel and professional development grant

Please find the attached updated instructions for the upcoming academic year. Sammantha is the new contact for the grant.

Note: These guidelines are being reviewed with the Dean's Office for the 2023/24 year. Updated guidelines will be shared before the start of Fall Quarter 2023. Please follow existing guidelines for now.
