Professional Development Workshop

LGBT Resource Center Director, Nancy Jean Tubbs, will be hosting a Gender Recognition workshop for SOE students. As the Supreme Court gets ready to hear two cases this fall (Oct. 31) that will determine the fate of race-conscious admissions practices across the nation, we will aim to share resources and events to support awareness and advocacy. The Steinhardt Institute for Higher Education Policy is hosting a meeting, "Affirmative Action and the Supreme Court: Why now? Why again? 2023-2024 UC President's Postdoctoral Fellowship Program - Call for Applications

The University of California President's Postdoctoral Fellowship Program was established in 1984 to encourage outstanding women and minority Ph.D. recipients to pursue academic careers at the University of California. The current program offers postdoctoral research fellowships, professional development and faculty mentoring to outstanding scholars in all fields whose research, teaching, and service will contribute to diversity and equal opportunity at UC.
