[Gradstudents] Mandatory Annual Review - Due July 29th

Dear SOE Graduate Students:

Each year the Graduate Division requires an annual review to report student progress toward degree completion. This review provides an opportunity for both students and faculty advisors to evaluate academic progress and accomplishments from the 2021-2022 academic year, as well as plan for the future. Students must fill out the online mandatory annual review self-evaluation form no later than Friday, July 29th.

After the student evaluation is complete, you and your faculty advisor will receive an automated email with a summary of the self-evaluation. You may also select "download PDF" once you complete the online form before closing your browser.

Using the self-evaluation, your faculty advisor will prepare their annual review. Both you and your faculty advisor will receive an automated email of the final review.
