Dear SOE Graduate Students:



The Academic Personnel Office is recruiting a PhD student to work as a 50% Graduate Student Researcher (GSR) in the office during Fall 2022, Winter 2023, and Spring 2023 to assist with following projects:



1. Data Analysis:  Assist with the analysis of various data sets pertaining to equity programs and the merit and promotion review process.



2. Data Quality:  Assist with our data entry and validation



3. Reporting:  Assist with the preparation of our departmental reports and our office newsletter



4. Website Maintenance:  Assist with keeping our website up-to-date and with improving its user friendliness



5. Business Process Improvement:  Review, evaluate, and analyze specific processes and make recommendations for streamlining, automation, and process improvements.
