  *   Area Coordinator: This full time, 10-month, live-in, salaried position supervises graduate assistants and (indirectly) resident assistants to maintain a residential and campus environment that is conducive to safety, wellbeing, and academic success, as well as contributing to an educational co-curriculum that is aligned with the academic mission of the university and the professional development of students.  Area Coordinators have a great deal of interaction with individual students regarding mental health and wellness, conflict resolution, substance use, and other similar issues.   *   Graduate Assistant: This part time, hourly, live-in position supervises resident assistants (RAs) to create and maintain of a sense of community within their assigned residential environment that is conducive to student engagement, growth, learning and meaningful interpersonal relationships.  Graduate Assistants are provided with valuable training and professional development, and work with individual students to help them resolve conflicts, address wellness and mental health difficulties, and manage behavioral concerns.  Current enrollment in a graduate program is not required, so this can also be an opportunity for young professionals in the field seeking a part time role.
