Hello GSOE Grad Students!
Please see below for a summary and some updates from the Graduate Student Council (GSC) meeting of March.
GSC Meeting Notes from 3/3/2021:
· GSA would like an idea of how testing/vaccine is working for students for those who use GSHIP (Graduate Student Health Insurance Plan)

· Participate in a survey that addresses mental health for Underrepresented Grad Students ($25-30 for participating)

· Write-A-thon for winter quarter Set goals in the morning, there are workshops around lunchtime about writing formats
Do not need to on zoom the whole time
March 10th deadline
· Grad Student Appreciation Week

Nominate TA for award, recognized TA hard work
"Self-nominations are allowed, but cannot be the only nomination letter for that nominee" from the website
Need letter of recommendation, preferably from someone who has observed your teaching, but not required
· Grad Success is hiring for 2021-2022
Meet current and alumni from Grad success and get to know the position
Job info session: March 10th at 2pm, second is April 1st at 11am.
