[Gradstudents] Annual Review - Mandatory

Summer 2021 graduates - please disregard this email.

Dear GSOE Graduate Students:

Each year the Graduate Division requires an annual review to report student progress toward degree completion. This review provides an opportunity for both students and faculty advisors to evaluate academic progress and accomplishments from the 2020-2021 academic year, as well as plan for the future. As part of the mandatory evaluation, students need to fill out the online annual review self-evaluation form no later than Friday, August 27th.

For students enrolled in a MA program, please use this link: https://ucriverside.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_e9FTZMRVPhdZxXM

For students enrolled in a MEd program, please use this link: https://ucriverside.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1RLhJuoEVaGPKCi

After the student evaluation is complete, you and your faculty advisor will receive an automated email with a summary of the self-evaluation. You may also select "download PDF" once you complete the online form before closing your browser.

Using the self-evaluations, your faculty advisor will prepare their annual review. Both you and your faculty advisor will receive an automated email of the final review by October 2021.
