is the second iteration of our Racism as a Public Health Crisis database in our effort to ensure the promises made in these declarations become action via the exploration and integration of Web3 technology. In partnership with the Starling Lab for Data and
Integrity, MBC's Combating Racism as a Public Health Crisis platform has leveraged this burgeoning technology to centralize all of the declarations and any corresponding tweets pertaining to those declarations as a resource and accountability tool for community
members. Thanks to buildout assistance from Esri, users can navigate this fully integrated platform via the map and access the corresponding four article series written by Black Voice News’ reporter, Breanna Reeves.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

as Mapping Black California’s Project Director. She has a diverse professional background in grassroots nonprofit organization management, development, and grant making, as well as in teaching in public schools and writing fiction. Her research experience
includes conducting cultural and historical analysis of Louisiana Creoles reflecting the content of her fiction which critically examines multi-cultural, African American existence in non-inclusive spaces. Candice seeks to humanize GIS by mining narratives
from data on all things historical, Californian, and most importantly, Black.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
