<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Megan Hoff, GISP, graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Geosciences with an Emphasis in Geographic Information Systems. After moving to San Diego, she worked as a GIS Technician in a large
Environmental Consulting firm before becoming a GIS Analyst for the Marine Corps. The last three years she has been at NAVFAC where her primary responsibilities include GIS training and outreach, and supporting various Marine Corps projects.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">David Blumberg, GISP, graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a BA in Urban Planning. He has been with NAVFAC for over twelve years where his current initiatives include building customized
web apps for internal customers using the ESRI Portal for ArcGIS platform and standing up a UAS mapping program.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
