Thanks to our presenter, Dr. Gopal Ramdas Mahajan, who spoke about his research regarding soil salinity monitoring, and gave a demonstration of the CAIS database for coastal India.

Our next meetup will be on Thursday, September 15 (the third Thursday of the month). I don't have a presenter lined up yet, but it could happen! In the meantime, let me know if you'd like to present, or if you have discussion topics to suggest.
