Our thanks to Alex Sainz from GEOinovo Solutions, who presented on GIS in Public Safety. It was an enlightening look at how GEOinovo provides the many types of geospatial data that first responders need.

Thanks also to all who attended, especially our first-time attendees - we hope you can join us again!

The next Geospatial/GIS meetup<https://www.eventbrite.com/e/geospatialgis-meetups-tickets-147176971283> will be on Tuesday, June 15.
We conducted a poll at yesterday's meetup on preferences for discussion topics for June. In a close contest, "Out-of-the-ordinary applications of GIS" edged out "Tools (new / for data analysis / alternative tools)." [None of the other suggested topics received any votes!]
