[Geospatial] Esri User Conference notes document

Hi all,

The 2021 Esri User Conference just concluded today. I attended several sessions and learned a lot from most of them - how about you?

In an attempt to capture what I learned, I created a Google doc<https://docs.google.com/document/d/11IIQ9XphWElSPq4M2Rq4kiRMrAv7giaAszYZgc1cobo/edit?usp=sharing>.  You may access it to:

  *   See what I learned
  *   Add your own notes and impressions. Add topics, or add to the notes on existing topics. Be as detailed or as minimal as you'd like.

(In future years I can create and share a similar document before the User Conference starts! That would be smarter....)

For now, we'll use this document to frame our discussion of User Conference takeaways at the Geospatial/GIS meetup on August 12<https://www.eventbrite.com/e/geospatialgis-meetups-tickets-158025369133>. Your contributions to the notes will help us have a more rounded conversation!
