[Geospatial] Geospatial/GIS brown bag

Hi all,

Please join us if you can for our Geospatial/GIS brown bag (soon to be renamed as "meetup") on Wednesday, September 23 at noon.

Unless there is another local disaster on the 23rd (you never know, especially this year!), we'll have a brief presentation from Gerald Winkel, Disaster Program Manager with the American Red Cross of Riverside County. In a presentation postponed from August, Gerald will showcase their new shelter system application, which is based in ArcGIS.

We'll also discuss the innovative plans for GIS Day this November, upcoming events, and results from the latest UCR geospatial community survey.
