[Geospatial] REMINDER: Geospatial/GIS meetup tomorrow, December 15

A reminder that our December meetup will be held via Zoom tomorrow, Tuesday, December 15, from 12:00 - 12:50 pm.

Tomorrow morning you'll receive an email containing the passcode ONLY IF:

  *   you've registered on Eventbrite<https://www.eventbrite.com/e/geospatialgis-meetups-tickets-122118623089>, or
  *   you've replied "yes" or "tentative" to the calendar invite I sent on December 1
before now or by tomorrow morning.
No guarantees I can accommodate last-minute requests for the passcode! Thanks for your understanding as we take measures to keep our meetups a safe space.

Our presenter, Shanon Langlie, is Director of Marketing and Communications in International Affairs at UCR. Shanon will speak on "Using StoryMaps and StoryMap Collections to recruit for Faculty Led Education Abroad Programs."

There will also be time for announcements and discussion.

"Bring" a map: If you've seen a map on the internet lately that you found noteworthy because of topic or cartography (including poor examples), you are invited to pop a link for it in the chat during the meeting so we can see and discuss!
