SCOPE OF WORK


Annual testing of all fire alarm and smoke detector devices.

RESIDENT IMPACT

A Fire & Life Safety technician will need to enter door rooms to view fire alarms and smoke detectors. This assessment will take less than 5 minutes per room. This test will not activate any alarms throughout the building.
