mesmi is an L.A.-based music producer, songwriter, artist and consultant.
Her original music has received honors in such contests as the
International Songwriting Competition and GRAMMY Amplifier, placements in
shows, and she has performed at such venues and events as the House of
Blues and 626 Golden Streets Festival.

Through her years as an independent musician, mesmi developed experience in
the many entrepreneurial hats a career in modern music often requires,
including multimedia, branding strategy, marketing, rights and financials.
Passionate about culture and community, mesmi brings these skills to music
ventures outside her own artistry: she founded VATOCA Studios, a boutique
company offering services such as vocal production and music consulting
that hopes to uplift other women in the music industry, and she also
runs *SOUND
OFFF*, a digital space dedicated to highlighting Asian Americans in the
modern music landscape.
