<p>On behalf of the Entomology Department’s <b>Community Building Committee</b>, I am writing to share a new initiative to better connect and support the postdoctoral community at UCR.</p>
<p>We have created a short form to collect basic information from postdocs. The information will be used internally to set up a dedicated email listserv for communication, and to help us plan networking and professional development activities tailored to their needs.</p>

<p>If you are a postdoc, we invite you to fill it out. And faculty, please share this form with postdocs in your labs so we can reach as many as possible.</p>
