<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">The problem got a little complicated, as the door arm broke down
completely.  That should be fixed within
a couple of days.  Meanwhile, the door is
completely deactivated.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">The other problem with the door not closing completely is
related to the whole building air pressure and will be requiring some major
work.  We're working on it already, but the estimate is that it will be
completed by the beginning of April (no exact date yet).  Meanwhile (after the door arm is repaired), the
main door will be accessible on and off, to ensure it doesn’t remain open and
unguarded.</p>
