<p class="MsoNormal">The hot boxes on 1<sup>st</sup> and 2<sup>nd</sup> floors will be heavily used in the coming few months, and I need your cooperation in order to accommodate everyone’s needs.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Whenever you place anything in there:<o:p></o:p></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Clearly label materials with the
<b><u><span style="color:red">date </span><span style="color:blue">AND</span><span style="color:red"> PI name</span></u></b>.
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Don’t leave materials there for more than
<b><u><span style="color:red">72 hours</span></u></b>. If you need to keep materials longer, please let me know.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>

<p class="MsoNormal">Also, there were some cages in one of the hot boxes since <b>
April </b>(see attached pic). We had to remove them to make room for other users. If they’re yours, please make sure you pick them up, otherwise they will be discarded.<o:p></o:p></p>
