<div dir="ltr">Entomology colleagues, <div>I am going to start some mid-day runs this week (starting tomorrow) to get ready for the heat in Japan. I will start short (20 minutes) and build over the next couple weeks. If you are interested in joining please let me know. We can keep the pace whatever works best for everyone. Just bring water and a Positive Mental Attitude!</div><div><br></div><div>I'm also interested in starting a running group again after returning from ICE. Either at a more civilized time (early morning) or mid day if people want more heat training/when we get into cooler weather. Exercising together is a good way to build community.
