The Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Tennessee seeks a post-doctoral research associate to study biological invasions and invasion science.<span>
</span>This is a full-time, endowment-funded position with 1 year of support, renewable up to 2 years, start date April 30, or to be negotiated.
<span></span>The associate will conduct literature searches and reviews, network analyses, and quantitative syntheses of aspects of invasion science.<span>
</span>In close collaboration, the associate will write manuscripts, and the associate will also have the opportunity to develop independent related research projects.<span>
</span>It may be possible to work remotely part of the time.<span>
</span>Post-doctoral associates at the University of Tennessee have a competitive salary depending on years of experience and standard benefit package (health insurance, savings, etc.) as a university employee.<u></u><u></u></p>

<span>A PhD in ecology, evolution, or a related field.<span>
</span>PhD candidates who have successfully defended their dissertation are also eligible to apply. Degree confirmation required prior to starting this position.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
