Hi Krista,

I hope you’re doing well! I was wondering if you could send an email to the
faculty and research staff to see if anyone has access to a UV-visible
spectrophotometer with a cuvette reader that I could use for corn tissue
protein analysis.

The protein assay I’m using (TP0100) requires a spectrophotometer that can
read at 595 nm using disposable plastic cuvettes.

I would really appreciate it if you could check with the faculty and
research staff to see if anyone has this equipment available for use.
