[Entm-researchstaff] Implementation of Ad Hoc Approvers in RSSP

All,

RSSP has received an update which will once again allow us to have the
requester add in the PI or approver for their lab to the request before it
goes to the transactor for processing. Below is the link to the
training guide which will show you how to add in the adhoc approver. It is
attached to this email as well.
