[Entm-researchstaff] 2nd floor cold room is repair

Hello,

I have placed a work order for the cold room on the second floor. It is now
at 13C and climbing. If you have something in there and it needs to stay
cold you should move it. It usually takes facilites a few days to get it up
and running again.
