[Entm-researchstaff] Early Admin Office Closure – Friday, August 30

Dear Entomology,

I hope this message finds you well and staying cool during this heat wave!

I'm writing to let you know that our administrative unit will be *closing
at 12:00 PM on Friday, August 29th*. We are coordinating with Receiving to
ensure we can accommodate any early deliveries of goods that day.

This early closure will allow our team uninterrupted time to catch up on
emails and other important tasks in preparation for the start of the
academic year.

While our physical office will close at noon, staff *not already on
approved leave* will remain available via *email and Zoom chat* throughout
the day should you need assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we gear up for a strong
start to the new quarter.
