[Entm-researchstaff] unknown stranger in the building

All,
There is a guy hanging out in the building that shouldn't be here.
Yesterday he spent the whole day looking like he was working at  the table
on the second floor.  Today I stumbled on to him using the kitchen in the
business area eating a bagel and cream cheese while watching something on
his phone.  Nobody knew who he was, so I asked him who he was and what lab
he was associated with.  He at first refused to answer but ultimately said
he was not part of the department and was just using the kitchen.  I
contacted UCR police and they are currently searching for him.  The police
indicated he is a known issue and is sleeping in buildings, stealing food,
etc. He apparently is a former student of UCR. The police do not believe he
poses a threat, but they also indicated to proceed with caution as "you
never know". They are searching the building and surrounding area now.

Here is his description (you may have seen him yesterday on the second
floor)

Height: 6'-6'2"
Build: slender
Hair: blondish brown, long, wrapped up in a bun
Ethnicity: white
wearing a Hawaiian shirt, short pants, carrying a small backpack
