[Entm-researchstaff] New Ordering System !!!! RSSP

HI All,

Please note RSSP "New Oracle" will be live Monday the 18th. You will no
longer be able to use Oracle and will have to use RSSP. If you were not
able to go to one of the webinars please make note of this webpage for RSSP
https://procurement.ucr.edu/pur-reqs-redwood. You will be able to find a
recording of the 4 webinars they gave. All 4 are about the same but the
later ones have more information. Additionally there are links to the
training guides for RSSP located on this page.

Most importantly make sure you set up your preferences "preload your most
used COA's" as favorites. The system will automatically pull the default
and there are issues changing the COA if you do not have one set up before
using the RSSP system to create a request.

Please remember I can always be reached via zoom and can walk you through
placing a request if you get stuck.

Lastly,  the ability to have a requester send the PI/Approver the request
to approve the Order/COA is not possible in RSSP. Once the requestor
submits the request it will go directly to myself and Gian.
