[Entm-researchstaff] Wireless HDMI transmitter for the Large Conference room

All,



We now have a Wireless HDMI transmitter in the large conference room. The
dongle (transmitter) will be available for check out at the front desk. The
transmitter will allow you to connect to the LCD projector and the rooms’
speakers via your own laptop from anywhere in the room. Your laptop should
just recognize the LCD projector as a second screen. All you will need to
do is turn on the projector from the podium and select the WIRELESS
backlight button and plug the transmitter into your laptop using a USB port
for power to the transmitter and either a USB-C or HDMI port for the video
and sound.  We do have two other less commonly used port adapters if they
are needed.
