The autoclave was repaired and tested, and is now available to use.
Again, please remember to log in every use.  Also, please remember to turn on the suction fan every time you start a cycle and before opening the door.

Subject: Important--Autoclave Users

Dear Autoclave Users:
The department's autoclave is down and not available to use.  We had some steam leak.

Also, someone has been using the autoclave without logging it in.  Their last use was twice yesterday, for Cycle #2, which is used for liquid waste/media.
We are required to login every single use.  It also helps us track and solve problems when they happen.
SRA and PI: Please make sure you bring it to your lab personnel's attention.
