Hi Entomologists,

Our Department has a table at a fun event this Friday Oct. 18th and Saturday Oct. 19th evening - see attached flyer.

We could use another two volunteers on Friday and another one on Saturday to help with the booth. Please coordinate with Aleja Anderson (aleja.anderson at ucr.edu<mailto:aleja.anderson at ucr.edu>) if you want a ride with the group leaving from campus or want to meet at the event to help out, and add your name directly onto the main outreach sign-up<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YJ0YzUEdRbLTXDJ5u8eLwAVe-ThWASAie1YsJIWoPDs/edit?usp=sharing> (lines 9 and 10). Snacks provided for volunteers, food also available for purchase.

If you can't volunteer, maybe stop by with your friends/family to check it out!

Time: setup from 4pm, ready by 5pm. Event runs 5:30pm-9pm. Pack up starting 9pm.
Participants: general public all ages, display booth with live insects and display drawers.
