Hi Entomologists,

I am looking for people to run a bug fair event we are headling on Thursday October 24 from 4:30-5:30pm (plus travel, setup and takedown) at the Home Gardens Library in Corona. See attached flyer!

Event: Creepy Crawlies Bug Fair
Location: 3785 Neece St, Corona CA 92879
Organization: Riverside County
Time: setup by 4pm, event runs 4:30-5:30pm, library closes at 6pm. Assume 40 minutes drive time even if the map says 30 minutes. Take the Magnolia exit off the 91 due to construction.
Participants: ~300 all ages.

This is an expo-style event that we've done the past three years, and we're popular! There are multiple outdoor (weather permitting) and indoor tables available for us. There are two other vendors (art-printing, and an author<https://mommyeatsfriedgrasshoppers.com> serving edible insects).  We need volunteers to run these tables:

- touch a bug (2 tables, walk-through style, outdoors in shade)
- display drawers
- citrus pests display (self explanatory, can be set up and run by library staff)
- build a bug craft/coloring pages (library staff will provide supplies, self explanatory)
- insect-themed presentation with slides (indoors, can be dropped if we don't get enough UCR volunteers)
