All,

In order to use the microphone, cameras, and speakers you have to use the computer that is located in the podium. You can not plug in a laptop. You will have to sign into your Zoom account on the main computer. The Bluetooth keyboard and mouse will work from the main table area if you would like to sit down during a zoom session. If you are presenting and need to share a screen you will either have to log into your presentation from the main computer or bring a flash drive.
