Hi Dr. Redak,

We are reaching out from the University of Florida Entomology Department to
share an upcoming event at the annual meeting of the Entomological Society
of America next week. We’re hosting an *Extension Networking Event* on *Sunday,
November 10, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM MST* at the Phoenix Convention
Center,* Room 224 B*. This event is a great opportunity for students and
early career professionals to connect with top extension professionals,
explore collaboration opportunities, and expand their network. We’d really
appreciate it if you could share this with others in the department.

This networking session is part of a FIT Section Symposium, “*Advancing
Women's Empowerment and Leadership in Extension Entomology: Challenges and
Prospects*,” which will be held from *8:00 AM to 11:00 AM MST, Room 224 B*.
The symposium will feature engaging talks from top women extension
entomologists about leadership, overcoming challenges in extension
services, and career growth in extension. We highly recommend ESA attendees
join the symposium for these enriching presentations and discussions.
