ALL Entomology Building and Museum People

Starting next Monday they will be cleaning carpets and lab floors. Please see below for the dates for your area. They will not move items so you will need to put things up and out of the way. It will be done overnight so it will not impact your days.

****PLEASE let me know if you do not want a lab room or office cleaned!!!!!!*****

I assume WE do not want the hallway leading to the insect rearing rooms or the insect rooms cleaned. IF you have rooms in your labs let me know ASAP

Subject: Entomology Bi-Annual Floor cleaning

Hi Bill,

We would like to schedule the Bi-annual (once every 2 years ) deep cleaning of the carpets and hard floors in Entomology & Entomology Museum. I have listed a schedule below that will assist you in informing the building occupants in advance of when their area is scheduled to be completed. This should allow them time to prepare their areas by picking up any personal items up off of the floors that we typically do not move (e.g. paperwork, boxes, hazardous containers in labs, etc.)
All work will be completed on the specified date after 9pm and the area will be ready for use by 5am on the following day.
If there are any areas you would like us to skip please let me know.
