Today's seminar speaker, Ian Wright, is hosting a photography workshop in the large conference room from 2:30-3:30 today. If you're interested, feel free to drop in. You don't need a fancy camera to participate - even bring your phone! More info below.

Ever wondered what that one button does? Or what settings you should use for this shot? Ever see a photo you love online and wish you knew how the photographer took that shot? Well come learn more about your gear and about getting THE image. Bring your or your labs’ camera gear (even if it’s just a cell phone!) and learn how to take better images with it. Bring a flash if you have it as well as a lens for macro photography and we’ll make diffusers, answer gear questions, and try out field and studio techniques.
