HI All,

Just checking in again to see if anyone else would like any of their rooms skipped. As of right now Entomology Rooms 218, 279 & 375 are only on my no-go list. The insectary hall and all of the rooms on each floor insectary will not be done. 109-116 / 209-216 / 309-316

Subject: Entomology Bi-Annual Floor cleaning

Hi Bill,

We would like to schedule the Bi-annual (once every 2 years ) deep cleaning of the carpets and hard floors in Entomology & Entomology Museum. I have listed a schedule below that will assist you in informing the building occupants in advance of when their area is scheduled to be completed. This should allow them time to prepare their areas by picking up any personal items up off of the floors that we typically do not move (e.g. paperwork, boxes, hazardous containers in labs, etc.)
All work will be completed on the specified date after 9pm and the area will be ready for use by 5am on the following day.
If there are any areas you would like us to skip please let me know.
